Hill Descent Control™ is an important technology that's part of the Intelligent 4WD System on Explorer. Push the Hill Descent Control™ button on the Terrain Management System™ dial, then press the brake and accelerator to set the desired speed. The set speed is maintained during the descent as brake pressure is automatically applied when needed.
